Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through selling our Al Products and Solutions to financial institutions in Hong Kong.This role focuses on identifying and closing partnership opportunities that directly generate income and establish sustainable business models.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue-focused partnership and sales plans targeting banks,insurance companies, securities firms,and other financial institutions in Hong Kong.
Proactively identify client needs and sell tailored Al Products and Solutions that create clear and immediate revenue streams.
Lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting and solution design to negotiation, contracting, and post-sale relationship management-ensuring revenue targets are met.
Structure and propose commercially viable collaboration models, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI for both parties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key financial sector clients,ensuring high satisfaction, exploring upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and securing long-term contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher,preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience, with a track record of selling technology/Al products or complex solutions to the financial sector. Relevant IT industry experience is required.
Strong understanding of the operational needs, compliance requirements, and procurement processes of financial institutions.
Excellent commercial acumen,negotiation skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on execution and results.
Professional proficiency in Cantonese,Mandarin, and English is required.
