Senior Consultant - Asset & Facilities Management

Responsibilities:
• Discover and build practice with new technology and partners from the market, with special focus on: A.I. / Data Analytics / Video Analytics / IoT / Cloud / Blockchain
• Develop end-to-end business solutions for clients
• Support other internal competency centres and practices
• Support Sales/Account Managers on customer presentations
• Architect solutions, and able to take up as subject matter expertise on delivery
• Build up and maintain customer relationships, as the trusted technology advisor
• Take lead for Project Management, System Analysis & Design, service delivery.
• Building domain related service delivery team.
• Facilitate Data Conversion / Migration and document preparation
• Support SIT and UAT case preparation and execution

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related
• Candidates with a degree in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Over 5 years asset / facility management system knowledge and implementation experiences
• Over 3 years asset / facility management system project management experiences
• Over 3 years integration experiences with CRM such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft.
• PMP Certified is preferred
• Preferable to have data conversion / migration and archiving experience on Oracle, MS-SQL Server and DB2
• Preferable to have BMS / IoT , 3D Dashboard and Digital Twins integration experiences.
• Preferable to have Space and Lease Management system knowledge and better with implementation experiences.
• Preferable to have ESG / Sustainability knowledge and better with implementation experiences
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
