About The Client
A renowned Hong Kong property group with a diversified real estate portfolio across office, retail, and residential assets. The company is recognized for long-term investment vision, and delivering high‑quality tenant experiences across its premium commercial properties. Now they are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team.
About the Role
• Drive leasing strategies for office properties to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Handle the end‑to‑end leasing process, including prospecting, negotiations, documentation, and tenancy renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, agencies, and business partners.
• Conduct market research, analyze rental trends, and provide recommendations for pricing and positioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams (property management, marketing, legal) to deliver seamless tenant services.
• Support leasing campaigns, site inspections, and promotional initiatives.
The successful applicants
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of office leasing experience with developers or major agencies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven track record in closing deals.
• Solid understanding of Grade A and other office market trends, tenant requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
