Senior Property Manager (Developer, Commercial Properties)

About The Client

A Hong Kong listed developer is looking for a Senior Property Manager to manage their commercial portfolio

About the Role
• As a team head to oversee the whole company's commercial portfolio
• Oversee the operation of the portfolio including property management, repair and maintenance, space planning, relocation, renovation and fit in/out works
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as cleaning companies and maintenance contractors
• Review and negotiate contracts and tendering to ensure service quality matches company's standard
• Prepare and control the annual and operating budgets for the facilities
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and other duties as required by the superior

The successful applicants
• Degree in Property Management / Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 15 years' experience in Property Management or operation
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is desirable
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
