System Analyst - Channel Services

Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire
System Analyst
Supporting the Head of application support to handle the incident process management.
Taking ownership of escalated incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
Monitoring support teams to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management regarding the incident management.
Provides technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.
Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
4 years’ experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
Exposure to multiple open computer platforms
Experienced in Java, JS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Linux
Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems
Sound communication skills
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Strong project planning skills
Able to coordinate own/others’ time, resources and workload
Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members
