Our client is an IT Solution Provider with focusing on IT Service, infrastructure management solutions, applications development, data analytic, big data solutions & open-source technologies. Over the years, constantly growing across other regions such as Macao, China, Australia, Singapore, & Malaysia with a broad exposure to new products and platforms in IT industry.
Responsibilities
• Responsible in handling project delivery within infrastructure
• Provide L2/3 technical support, assisting in troubleshooting & resolving hardware, software, and IT system issues.
• On site & remote support to client in identify & resolve problems promptly to help in restoring the IT systems/services efficiently & effectively
• Manage ServiceNow IT Service Management/Workflow & Jira Service Management, Service Management Workflow configuration
Qualifications
• 2 - 3 year's solid technical experience, with L2/3 in system management including configuring, & troubleshooting
• Experienced or willing to pick up in ServiceNow & Jira (Such as ServiceNow IT Service Management, Workflow, Jira Service Management, Service Management Workflow configuration)
• Self-motivated & well-organized, willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Bachelor degree or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
