Solution Architect (CRM) - Hong Kong

Job Description

Responsibities:

• You will conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business needs.
• You will design and architect the end-to-end BSS/OSS solutions, including integration with other systems.
• You will drive the solution team in developing detailed technical specifications and designs.
• You will manage vendors and solution partners on deliverables and qualities.
• You will mentor and coach junior solution team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and delivering end-to-end solutions, esp. CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of communication, media, and technology industries, with a strong focus on telecommunications and cloud solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end BSS/OSS components in a systems integrator capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Application frameworks for cloud application development and integration, web/mobile digital services, and APIs
• Java development (Angular 9+, JavaScript, Restful API, Springboot experience)
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• DevOps principles and practices
• Deep understanding integration platforms, architectures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
