Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Review application development, project requirements and related documentation
• Design test plans and test cases
• Execute and manage all activities in the plan
• Track and report QA activities on a per-project basis
• Review project deliverables and artifacts, provide feedback, and review test plan
• Provide QA consultation services to support test participants internally and externally
• Analyse test results and make appropriate recommendations
• Monitor test planning, test preparation and scripting, and test execution
• Collaborate with development team & project team (PM, UX, Creative and Developers) to identify, investigate, and resolve system problems and process issues or bug reports
• Manage verification and validation activities for all production modifications
• Maintain document template libraries and internal project documentation related to testing

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• Sound knowledge of project development and application development
• Experience in creating and executing test cases
• Knowledge in Atlassian products Jira and Confluence
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Understanding of test concepts such as regression testing, white box testing and performance testing
• Understanding of testing phases and objectives in a software development lifecycle
• Experience working in a product-oriented and team-based environment that use modern delivery approaches e.g. agile, DevOps, and cloud computing
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Positive “can-do” attitude with analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication, logical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
