Senior QA Engineer

Qualification:
• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Quality Management / Manufacturing Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance for toy development and manufacturing
• Familiar with US and international toy safety regulations (including ASTM, EN71, REACH, RoHS, WEEE, UL, CPSIA, ISO 8124)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead and monitor status of quality program based on the company objective
• Working closely with R&D to review quality requirements for products throughout the development stage
• Coordinating with 3rd party laboratories & vendors on product safety and reliability tests. Able to provide feasible solution for product quality enhancement
• Set up and maintain product quality specifications in accordance with up-to-date US and int'l toy safety regulations and customer requirements
• Ensure quality plan is well implemented at production plant throughout product development & production; and to follow through with continuous improvement
• Working closely with internal teams and vendors to analyze quality issues and provide corrective action plans to eliminate barriers in critical process flow
• Frequent travel to South and North China with overnight stay is necessary

Candidate must be:
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skill
• High integrity and reliable. Able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and daring to take up new challenges
• Willing to travel and stay in Asia
