Quality Engineer

What you'll be doing
• Participate in production workflow design
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance measures and quality control checkpoint
• Determine applicable QC standards for all operations including both manual and automated process
• Provide technical guidance and training to operation team on best practices in QC method
• Create comprehensive QA-related documentation, including documentation on standard QC procedure
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Handle customer complaints, investigate the root causes and provide preventive measures

What we're looking for
• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years quality management experience in manufacturing company
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 process auditing
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and able to think outside the box
• Good team player with good communication skill
• Immediately available is highly preferred
