Responsibilities:

1. HR Function

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to

  • Recruitment,

  • Provision of professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning and talent development

  • Payroll (HR System: Workstem),

  • MPF,

  • Employees’ records maintenance

  • Team building activities,

  • Insurance quotation & policies arrangement,

  • Coordination of travel arrangements,

  • Taxation and;

  • Formulation of internal and external reports.

  • Review, plan and implement HR, Administration/ Finance policies and procedures

2. Funding Management

  • Manage fundings and subsidies application, compliance and claims

  • Research and identify funding opportunities that align with the company’s business plan and goals

3. Office Administration

  • Draft, edit and proofread the meeting agendas, papers, letters, emails and reports

  • File company documents and maintain adequate records

  • Handle office supplies procurement, maintenance and administration

  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO and Cofounder such as yearly ISO27001 audit

4. Finance & Accounting

  • Manage accounting operations including reviewing, reconciling accounts and transactions, processing payments to external partners.

  • Expense Management (account payables, claims, bank account prep payment)

  • Assist in audits including coordinating with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities as required. (HK, TW, China).

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum of human resources, preferably in IT/ AI/ Software/ SaaS company, and/or Accounting, and/or administration, or related field(s)

  • Sound knowledge of the relevant governing laws in Hong Kong including but not limited to Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance and MPF Ordinance is a strong advantage

  • Knowledge of HRM system or HR law in China/Taiwan/other countries is a plus

  • Knowledge of Xero (accounting system) is a bonus

  • Experience in funding application, compliance and claims is highly desirable

  • Attentive to details, responsive, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MacOS applications

  • Immediate available is preferred
