Customer Lead Data Scientist (Manager/Sr Man) - Global Insurance

🌂 Lead and manage a team of 3 people

🌂 Perform comprehensive analytics on customer behavior

🌂 Drive AI/ML projects using different techniques NLP, OCR, LLM etc

🌂 Partner closely with a digital team to gain insights on customer behavior (company website, customer portal) and promote up-sell, cross-sell initiatives

🌂Influence senior business stakeholders through workshops and business meetings

🌂Support Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality projects

Requirements

👌🏻 6+ years experience as a Sr Data Scientist or Lead

👌🏻 Ideally focusing on customer analytics

👌🏻 People management or Team leading prior experience is a must

👌🏻 Background doesn't have to be Insurance

📍 Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role

💸 Salary budget: HKD 65 to 70k/month + bonus (Manager level) - HKD 75 to 80k/month (if Sr Manager level)
