Behavioural AI Research Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Research Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research and development in artificial intelligence, with a focus on computer vision and behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct innovative research in AI, particularly in areas such as thermal imaging analysis, individual behavior tracking, and crowd behavior statistics
• Develop advanced algorithms for personal behavior analysis and tracking using thermal imaging data
• Design and implement AI models for crowd behavior analysis and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and propose new research directions
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals

Qualifications:
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a local university or well-recognized non-local institution
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and computer vision techniques
• Experience with thermal imaging data processing is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Hong Kong office
• Commitment to spending the majority of work hours in the office
