IT Business Analyst/ Technical Consultant

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance applications to meet the evolving needs of various business units
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—ensuring solutions align with business goals
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify challenges, and provide insightful technical recommendations or alternative solutions
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality system development, maintenance, and support services
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of best practices and emerging trends
• Proficiency in at least two of the following technical areas:
• D365 CRM/ Data Analytics/ Microsoft PowerBI / Microsoft M365 / .NET / React.js / Angular / NodeJS / JS framework / PHP / HTML & CSS for mobile Apps and Web Apps development
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior IT Business Analyst position
