Job Description:
• Perform system enhancement, maintenance and trouble-shooting
• Gathering user requirement and transform the idea into functional applications offering professional IT advice on programming logic enhancement to strengthen system effectiveness and efficiency
• Overseeing all PC related matters including administrative work for maintenance of equipment
• Enhancing e-learning through continuous e-promotion; video recording and editing of various training programs as e-learning resources and maintaining these resources
• Take charge of planning, designing and promoting of the programs via the employment of multi-media, e.g. designing and developing work-life balance e-flyers for programs promotion
• Designing and managing e-submission of entries and e-voting for various programs
• Maintaining and updating training database for these programs
• Overseeing artwork design and e-publication of e-Newsletter
• Overseeing technical set-up for organization, implementation and evaluation of online training programs
• Monitoring online training data records, etc.
• Carrying out any other IT support duties as assigned by his supervisors

Requirement Details
• Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT industry
• At least 2 years of experience working in/with gov’t
• Practical experience in the management and maintenance of in-house training administration system is required
• Solid experience in website design and development
• Solid experience in graphic design and conversant with artwork design software including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Access, Corel Video Studio
• Proficiency in Chinese input methods
• Experience in implementation and evaluation of online training programs
