Senior/Visual Merchandising Manager(Furniture/Lifestyle)

Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies to showcase brand' furniture and lifestyle product both in-store and online

Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure in-store displays align with brand identity and seasonal campaigns

Maintain a high standard of visual presentation across all retail outlets, providing guidance and support to store teams

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continually optimize and refine the visual merchandising approach

Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing coaching, training and performance management

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising

What we're looking for

At least 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the furniture or lifestyle retail industry

Exceptional eye for design, with a strong understanding of colour, layout, and product presentation

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful visual merchandising strategies that drive sales

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using visual merchandising tools and software
