Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide IT technical advises and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support.
Provide support to Windonws/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux/Windows Server/Unix), Database and network
Expereicned in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
