Join our client's Legal Department to enhance contract and matter management, legal technology adoption, project management, budgeting, and performance reporting. Develop metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with a global team to implement systems that optimize legal service delivery.
• Define project scope, refine processes, and ensure integration with company systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
• Analyze data to support decision-making.
• Assist with expense tracking and budgeting.
• Review and improve department processes for efficiency and alignment with goals.
• 5+ years of experience in project/change management with a proven track record in system and process implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools.
• Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
