Property Development Manager - Investment & Acquisition - Leading Developer

KITE Search are currently working with one of the renowned HK listed developers as they look to bolster their investment team. In the current market they see an opportunity to expand their land bank with ne w acquisitions and as such are seeking a Property Development Manager (Investments & acquisition) to join their team for the expansion of business across Hong Kong. For lesser experience (5 years) they will also consider an Assistant Manager grade.

Responsibilities-

• Execute transactions in Hong Kong

• Explore and identify investment opportunities in public and private market

• Portfolio management of a growing company portfolio and managing assets

• Prepare and review acquisition documents and transaction agreements and assist in due diligence process

• Research on market, business investment analysis, and risk assessment

• Prepare investment proposal and presentation materials

• Coordinate with different stakeholders e.g. internal project team, joint venture partners, government departments.

Requirements-

• Degree holder in real estate or related disciplines.

• MHKIS/MRICS qualified surveyor

• Minimum 5 -10 years of relevant experience obtained in property developers on Hong Kong investment and development projects

• Strong leadership and business acumen

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities

• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
