Supervisor, Corporate Quality Assurance

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute the HKA HKCAD 360, Internal, and Consolidated Port Audit Program
• Maintain and control the Corporate Quality Manual to ensure it remains in conformance with all applicable requirements
• Provide management briefs on the status and statistics of the above audit program
• Ensure all audit findings and non-compliances are resolved promptly
• Liaises with departmental QA representatives on QA matters related to the above audit programs
• Liaises with external parties (CAD, IATA, and ICAO) on new developments in aviation QA
• Create, maintain, and control corporate QA documentation and notices to the above audit programs

Requirement:
• At least 3 years of experience working in an Aviation Quality Assurance role
• Qualifications as a pilot with an ATPL or Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Graduate degree in a relevant field, with formal training in Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditing
• Superior knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, or Occupational Health and Safety
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
