Program Manager/Project Manager (Machine Learning, LLM, GenAI)

Known for their strategic use of large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven solutions, they influence major sectors with their innovative approach.

Job Description:
• Lead projects within the Generative AI (GenAI) Program, focusing on impactful technological advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to develop and execute AI models that enhance user experiences across diverse digital services.
• Spearhead initiatives within the Generative AI team, concentrating on policy development related to AI ethics, including privacy, fairness, and transparency.
• Drive project and program deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards while managing complexities and changing requirements.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, IT etc
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management
• Profound understanding and experience with AI technologies, particularly in natural language processing and transformer models.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholder teams.
