You will be responsible for driving the growth of multiple products across different industries leveraging your expertise to achieve remarkable results with a young and passionate team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for online products and physical stores
Conduct extensive market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies for each product, and use this information to refine marketing campaigns
Optimize digital marketing campaigns through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis to maximize ROI for each product
Drive organic traffic growth for each product through SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization
Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content for various platforms, fostering brand loyalty and engagement with the target audience for both the online entertainment service and physical store.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, tailored specifically to each product
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, automate workflows, and optimize the customer journey for each product
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to the management team
Create marketing reports monthly to analyze the cost and effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively implement innovative strategies to drive growth for each product
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives for each product
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Creative Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or any related field is preferred
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
2+ years of digital marketing experience in Digital, Advertising, Marketing, or PR industry
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Preferred
