Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, employee reimbursement reviews, bank reconciliations, and tax filings; coordinate annual audits to ensure compliance with Hong Kong profits tax requirements
Manage procurement processes, including vendor negotiations, price comparisons, contract reviews, purchase order management, and optimization of procurement policies
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, support budgeting and cost control activities, and help establish financial management systems
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in finance and/or procurement, preferably within the technology industry or a start-up environment
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, commercial tax regulations, and procurement processes
Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent business communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Exceptional multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results efficiently
