Unity Game Developer/ Full-stack Developer (YSIP Internship)

The project builds a gamified platform with Unity, together with web app and a mobile app as a training, progress tracking and communication platform for the students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families. Elements of OCR (optical character recognition), AR (augmented reality) and AI (artificial intelligence) would be integrated in the system during the process.

The platform serves students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families, by integrating elements of Therapy (speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, special education and other rehabilitation related disciplines) and Tutoring (pre-school, primary school and secondary school subjects).

The project may involve ANY (one or more than one) of the following skillsets in the technical aspect,
• Web/ mobile app development and programming
• Cloud service/ data architecture
• AR/ 3D modelling/ Unity/ Interactive games
• OCR/ AI/ ML

Participants DO NOT need to be competent with ALL of the above skillsets. Applicants are welcome to indicate their preference and competence in ANY of the listed skillsets.
