Our client, a top financial institution, is currently seeking an Business Analyst professional to support their technology team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
• Designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals.
• Facilitating effective communication and understanding between the business and technology teams.
• Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Evaluating stakeholder requests to assess feasibility and compatibility with technological capabilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the technology domain, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
