Job Responsibilities
1. Product Planning and Definition: Responsible for product planning based on the company's hardware capabilities and store scenarios, and take the lead in writing PRD documents including market analysis, user scenarios, and function definitions. Deeply understand partners' game or content design, integrate it with the company's hardware and software R&D capabilities, and design innovative and implementable product solutions.
2. Project Management and Delivery: Serve as the core person in charge of the project, leading the entire life cycle management from concept, design, development, testing to store deployment. Formulate detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks and costs, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget. Efficiently coordinate internal cross-departmental resources (hardware, software, firmware, design, venue operation), manage project dependencies, and solve complex problems during R&D and implementation.
3. Internal and External Communication and Coordination: As the main interface person of the project, be responsible for efficient daily communication with content partners, suppliers, etc., to ensure demand alignment and progress synchronization. Be responsible for the writing and management of project-related technical documents, communication minutes and other materials to ensure clear and accurate information.
4. Product Implementation and Continuous Iteration: Lead the deployment, testing and trial operation of products in stores, and coordinate to solve practical problems during the implementation process. Collect on-site feedback and operational data, evaluate product effects, and provide decision-making basis for product optimization and subsequent iterations.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; more than 3 years of experience as a product manager or project manager, with full-process experience in leading the delivery of hardware-software integrated products or experience projects from 0 to 1. Have a deep understanding of games or interactive entertainment content, be familiar with gamification design concepts and user experience; experience in games, interactive media, entertainment equipment and other industries is preferred.
2. Have experience in intelligent hardware/IoT project management, understand hardware development processes, supply chain management and embedded system characteristics, and be able to communicate smoothly with hardware engineers.
3. Experience in managing large-scale experience equipment, VR/AR, somatosensory interaction and other consumer electronics or entertainment projects is preferred.
4. Strong logical thinking and system analysis capabilities, able to quickly understand complex technical concepts and clearly convey them among the team, and able to read technical documents and conduct in-depth discussions with hardware and software engineers.
5. Excellent project management and promotion capabilities, able to drive the collaborative work of multiple internal and external teams under pressure and uncertainty to ensure the achievement of project goals.
6. Strong passion for innovative technology and user experience, and pay attention to the application of cutting-edge technologies such as somatosensory interaction and VR/AR in on-site entertainment.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with clear written and oral expression. Good English reading and writing skills, able to use English as a working language to process technical documents.
