About the Client:
Our client is a well-established and renowned property developer which focusing on property investment project in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Assistant Director -Construction Management for continue development of the company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the construction teams to ensure projects are completed and delivered on time and within budget so as to support the achievement of the company and ensure progress of the construction of development projects are meeting corporate objectives on cost, time, quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Based on internal construction guidelines, develop a system of construction management and control framework, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and procedures
• Monitoring the construction standards to ensure Corporate's requirements are incorporated in projects by the consultants and contractors balancing each project's specific factors and constraints.
• Make sure all project and contract management policies, procedures and standards are complied with the project teams.
• Keep up to date technology solutions in digitalization, Smart Site Safety, BIM, project programming tools and DWSS systems, and try to implement in the construction planning.

Candidate Profile:
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Building related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications in specialty area with at least 12 years post qualification experience.
• 20+ years' experience in construction management.
• Member of professional institution of HKIE, RICS, HKIS, HKICM or CIOB.
• Extensive residential development experience would be an advantage.
• Familiar with modern methods in BIM, MiC, MiMEP, smart construction, smart safety, DWSS, project management tools.
• Proven track record in managing complex residential projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
