E-commerce Operation Officer

Our client is an Electronics and appliance specialist retailer, they are inviting a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

E-commerce Operation Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily operations of online shop，generate & update website content (product listing, data entry, promotions, etc).
• Create reports and monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
• Analyze and monitor online shop statistics and daily sales data to optimize channel traffic performance and sales.
• Modify weekly product arrangements and make suggestions to change online shop layouts.
• Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market.

REQUIREMENTS
• Higher Diploma or above with related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in E-Commerce industry is preferable.
• Strong marketing sense, understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in E-commerce context.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and be able to work under fast pace environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Immediately available is preferred.
