Senior Game Designer

Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging and age-appropriate games for elderly users
• Develop game mechanics suitable for motion-sensing technology
• Create user-friendly interfaces for senior players
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for therapeutic elements
• Conduct user testing with elderly participants
• Optimize game difficulty and accessibility features
• Document design processes and user feedback
• Maintain and update existing games based on user feedback
• Quality assurance on the game designed

Requirements
• Non-Degree / Degree in Game Design, Interactive Media or related field
• Played a lot of games in different genre and enjoy designing games
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Experience with Unity or similar game development platforms is a plus
• Understanding of elderly users' physical and cognitive needs is a plus
• Knowledge of motion capture and sensing technologies is a plus
• Experience in UI/UX design
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant game design work
