Project Manager/ Business Analyst, Prestige Financial Institution

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Business Analyst to lead projects that evolve our digital technologies and drive innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving market.
Job Summary
As a Project Manager Business Analyst, you will oversee the requirement analysis, user stories creation, planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to UX/UI digital initiatives or GenAI topics. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Manager: Responsible for driving the initiation, mobilization and execution for initiatives prioritized in the Strategic Planning cycle. Provide end-to-end hands-on project management over assigned initiatives. Work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to prepare business case, lead discussions with enablers, and drive approval. Track and report program updates (e.g., progress, financial, risk, issue) and present in senior management forums and for PMO reporting. Coordinate vendor sourcing process including RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review and sign-off. Lead project managers/tech lead from vendors or off-shore delivery team management to coordinate, mobilize and execute with internal IT functional departments.
Business Analyst: Act as digital product owner and Business Analyst to provide end-to-end hands-on project management by managing the planning, solution design, activities and quality related to new generation digital or GenAI products to improve agency efficiency. Provide support on stakeholder engagement activities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of UX/UI or AI solutions and collaborate with IT teams and internal/external business partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and enhance the product. Develop and maintain project documentation. Keep innovation mind-set. Conduct market research and study to stay updated on latest technologies and best practices related to but not limited to UX/UI or AI and data/knowledge management.
Qualifications
5 - 8+ years of project management experience in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge in banking or insurance product market.
Strong understanding of trading platforms, market operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
