Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties
• Hands-on experiences in Cloud technologies in AWS, Ali, and Azure.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud systems; evaluate cloud applications and hardware; plan capacity, storage, and application migration to cloud platform.
• Implement projects including planning, scheduling, quality control, vendor management, auditing, and budgeting.
• Provide production support, identify root causes of problems, and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain and configure computer systems, network servers, and virtualization software.
• Manage virtualization platform, install and upgrade computer components, and integrate automation.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting issues, and prioritizing them.
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Provide desktop and helpdesk support, ensuring all desktop applications and related equipment problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and supervise the inventory.
• Provide production support on a 7 x 24 basis roster.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines.
• 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Ali, and Azure), Microsoft Windows Server, Unix, and Linux.
• Perform daily system administration on different systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, UNIX, VMWare ESX / ESXi, Hyper-V, XEN, KVM, SAN storage, blade servers, etc.).
• Work closely with applications team, internal users, and external customers on systems-related areas.
• Experienced in supporting Windows Server, MS Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin will be an advantage).
• Work independently with minimal supervision and assistance.
