Project Officer, Trading System

Key Responsibilities:
• Help track and process equity trades and understand how they connect to other trading products.
• Support day-to-day trading operations and help ensure accurate records.
• Assist in basic system updates and workflow checks.
• Follow procedures to make sure trades meet risk and compliance rules.
• Help communicate updates and issues to senior team members.
• Support simple process improvements and document procedures.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years in middle/back office operations or trade support.
• Basic understanding of equities trading; exposure to debt/fixed income is a plus.
• Familiarity with trading systems and post-trade processes is helpful.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to handle simple data tasks.
