Ecommerce Business Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a sharp and insightful Business Analyst to be the central source of truth for our ecommerce performance. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive our strategy across ecommerce channels and platforms. You will build the reporting foundation, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure every decision from marketing to merchandising is grounded in data.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a unified performance dashboard to track KPIs across all ecommerce channels.
Design and deliver tailored reports for diverse stakeholders, from detailed technical analyses to summarized business overviews, for different stakeholders.
Audit, validate, and analyze performance data from our TP to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the eCommerce buyer with advanced analytics for demand forecasting, inventory health reporting, and OTB (Open-to-Buy) modeling.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness to provide actionable recommendations.
Translate complex data into compelling narratives, helping the team understand the "why" behind the numbers.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in an ecommerce or digital analytics role.
High proficiency in data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and Google Analytics.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect data insights into business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with marketplace seller central analytics (Amazon Vendor/Central, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Strong SQL skill for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
