Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Officer to drive marketing initiatives that promote our EV charging infrastructure and smart carpark solutions to both B2B and B2C audiences. You will execute campaigns, manage digital channels, create targeted content, coordinate events, and generate leads in a dynamic green tech sector—helping build brand awareness, educate the market on sustainable mobility, and support sales growth amid Hong Kong's EV boom, government incentives (e.g., home charging subsidies), and smart city trends.
**TTPS, ASMTP and IANG applicants are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans and campaigns tailored to B2B (e.g., commercial/residential developers, fleets) and B2C (e.g., individual homeowners/EV owners) segments.
Manage digital marketing channels: social media (LinkedIn for B2B, Facebook/Instagram for B2C), company website updates, email newsletters, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Create engaging, audience-specific content including blog posts, case studies, product guides, infographics, videos, testimonials, and brochures—highlighting benefits like ROI for businesses, ease of home installation, energy savings, compliance with Hong Kong EV incentives (e.g., EHSS subsidies), and seamless integration (EV charging with smart parking).
Support lead generation through targeted campaigns, webinars, content downloads, SEO/SEM, and social promotions to attract B2B prospects (developers/facility managers) and B2C inquiries (homeowners interested in residential chargers).
Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, consumer expos, seminars, and community activities (e.g., EV expos, real estate forums, home living fairs) — including booth setup, materials, and lead follow-up.
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social insights, CRM data, and campaign reports; provide regular KPI updates (leads, engagement, traffic, conversion by segment).
Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure marketing materials align with client needs, product features, and dual B2B/B2C positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, Hong Kong EV policies/subsidies (residential and commercial), smart parking innovations, and sustainability topics to inform content and strategy.
Manage external vendors/agencies for design, printing, video production, or paid media as required.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, from professional B2B proposals to consumer-friendly B2C communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation — preferably in B2B/B2C tech, renewable energy, EV/charging infrastructure, smart city solutions, automotive, or sustainability sectors. Fresh graduated candidates are welcomed.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (social media management, SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, CRM like HubSpot/Salesforce).
Strong writing and content creation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin); able to produce clear, persuasive materials for both technical/business audiences and everyday consumers.
Creative mindset with experience in graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and multi-format content (videos, infographics, social posts).
Analytical skills to measure campaign success, segment performance, and optimize efforts.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Hong Kong's EV market, including residential/home charging, real estate/property development, or green tech sectors.
Familiarity with Hong Kong EV subsidies (e.g., EHSS for home charging), building codes, smart city trends, or OCPP/smart charging standards.
Prior work on B2B events/trade shows and B2C consumer promotions in energy/infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of EV charging technologies or smart parking systems.
