Senior Contracts Manager - Leading HK Developer

KITE Search are working with a leading Hong Kong developer as they seek to grow their team. To cope with their increasing project portfolios, they are seeking for a seasoned Senior Contracts Manager to join the team overseeing mainly China projects.

Responsibilities:
• Manage pre-contract and post-contract QS scope, such as cost estimation, tendering & award, contract administration, claims, cost control, procurement, final accounts etc
• Monitor and control the costing during design development with Architect and Engineer; Formulate the costing and design budget and be responsible for cost control
• Supervise the preparation of the interim payment application and certification process with client and to review suppliers and sub-contractors
• Coordinate and advise on procurement of materials related to contracts condition and specification.
• Monitor the required paper works detailed in the contract are duly prepared and submitted to client on time
• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying with professional qualifications such as HKIS OR MRICS.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained from consultancies and developers
• Previous experience in working on Hong Kong and China mixed use projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good presentation skills and can work well under a team environment
