About Our Client
Our client is a global leading logistics company, they are looking for a Sales Manager who will report to a Sales Director, and responsible for team leading, sales strategies planning, maintain existing customer and business development.
Responsibilities
• Lead a sales team to achieve sales target by new business development, maintain business relationship with existing customers, monitor team member's performance, coaching and provide direction
• Identify potential business opportunity and provide professional customer service to existing and potential customer
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business target and increase market share
• Collect market intelligence, analyse data and prepare statistical reports for continuous improvement
Requirements
• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience in logistics/ supply chain industry
• Proven track records of sales achievements
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficient in PC, MS Office, and any related systems
