Salesforce.com Administrator (based in Hong Kong)
Our Client is a one of the Global Top Manufacturing and Engineering Software Vendors. They are seeking for a SFDC Administrator to improve the sales revenue and business process by utilizing the SFDC application. This role is based in Hong Kong but covers the entire APAC region. This is NOT a Technical role and is more focus on Business.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Value to the business by automating complex business processes
• As a SDFC Business Administrator and works closely with Sales, Presales, Services, and Marketing teams, etc.
• Provide Training and support to APAC users on Salesforce.com
• As a bridge between IT and functional teams on deployment of new features and conduct UAT on the system
• Handle User Hierarchy such as access rights, sharing rules, etc.
• Support users on the utilization of the CRM tools from turning sales leads to revenue
• Create and manage reporting hierarchy for proper pipeline reporting
• Maintain Data Quality and ensure the data is clean
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business or related disciplines with strong business sense
• Around 3 years of experience in as SFDC administrator or Super User
• Strong knowledge in Salesforce.com applications
• Detailed oriented with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple cultures and time zones
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Willing to travel (around twice a year)
