Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Project Implementation & Support
• Develop, test (UAT), and maintain IT projects, including:
• Web and Mobile Applications
• Real-time Arrival Information System for Green Minibus
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• System Maintenance & Production Support
• Provide ongoing support for multiple existing systems
• Handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and apply bug fixes
• Monitor performance and implement system enhancements
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Assist in preparing procurement requirements for IT hardware, software, and services
• Oversee and support the procurement process
• Data & Reporting
• Conduct data verification and accuracy checks
• Monitor system usage and utilization
• Prepare reports and recommendations to improve data quality, system controls, and operational efficiency

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and supporting web and mobile applications in both government and private sectors
• Strong hands-on expertise in mobile application development and maintenance, including:
• iOS, Android, Flutter, and other cross-platform frameworks
• Solid knowledge and experience in application system development and maintenance on Windows Servers and Linux
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including:
• C#, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript (React, ), , HTML, JSON, Apache
• Advantageous knowledge in server and network infrastructure support, including:
• VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, firewalls, and routers
