AI Data Labeling Expert - Agent Direction /Beijing/

Responsibilities
1. Based on the needs of the business department, complete the labeling work of large models in the Agent direction, carry out corresponding daily data production according to standard rules, and achieve relevant model training and optimization effect indicators 2. Analyze and understand the core data requirements and the problems to be solved, and explain the corresponding reasons clearly and accurately 3. Communicate and collaborate with relevant parties inside and outside the team, assist in the formulation of rules and standards, optimize labeling tools, participate in daily scale alignment, etc., to promote the smooth progress of model training and optimization process 4. Able to adapt to the rapid switching between businesses, constantly learn and master various new annotation logics and methods, have a high interest in large model PE capabilities or have certain usage experience.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics and computer science, with good learning, comprehension and text editing skills 2. Priority will be given to those who have worked in large model products, product operations, AI trainers, data annotation and other related workers 3. Bonus points for having used PE workflows or script plug-ins to assist data production good understanding and demand analysis skills, and writing skills 4. Possess independent judgment thinking, be able to convey information and ideas clearly and accurately, excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit 5. Have strong self-drive, stress resistance and learning ability, be reliable and embrace change.
