Data Privacy Compliance Expert BP

Responsibilities
1. Based on the laws, regulations, policies, standards and requirements on data security, privacy compliance, personal information protection, etc., disassemble the executable rules, provide compliance consulting services, and output reasonable compliance solutions 2. Establish a good cooperative relationship with the company's internal business, R&D, and testing teams, synchronize security and compliance information in a timely manner, and coordinate and promote the completion of various regulatory rectifications and inspections 3. Cooperate with legal, PA and other middle-office teams to align internal standards and execution scales, establish a stable docking process mechanism, and promote the co-construction of various compliance capabilities 4. Timely and proactively identify and discover data security and privacy compliance issues on the business side, track the implementation of various requirements, and urge rectification of non-compliant items.

Qualifications
1. Graduated from information security, computer and other related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in data security and privacy protection 2. Have rich background knowledge in enterprise security industry and technology 3. Understand domestic laws and regulations, such as the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, etc. 4. Familiar with PIA/DPIA methods, priority will be given to those who have hosted or participated in PbD workers, and priority will be given to those who have participated in key compliance governance projects 5. Have good teamwork skills, communication skills, and self-driving power.
