(Assistant) General Manager, Omni Digital Product Management

• Be the leader of the team in a group-level to formulate the overall digital product vision, strategies direction in all regions to align with overall corporate goals and positive financial results
• Lead and oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life to ensure the effective creation and greatest impact of products development to customers
• Establish effective approaches and processes for continuous collection of data to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to achieve the business objectives.
• Lead the process for making product investment decisions, including applying build/buy/partner criteria based on thorough analyses of market opportunities and expected costs, as well as relative attractiveness of opportunities across the portfolio
• Drive consumer experience (CX) and UX/UI enhancement to ensure a premium and engaging experience for customers
