System Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and support network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve network-related problems and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
