QA Tester (Banking) (Ref. No.: 27597)

Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and user stories
• Create test scenarios for functional testing and define regression testing scope
• Design detailed test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
• Prepare test data and configure test environments
• Perform manual testing and execute automated testing
• Identify, document and track defects
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified bugs
• Produce clear testing report and provide test closure summary
• Liaise with QA Lead, users, project team and developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• Ensure all features and user experience meet business requirements

Requirements
• Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies
• 1‑3 years of working experience in digital platforms or retail banking industry with solid software testing experience
• Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
• Knowledge in Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in English and Chinese typing
