Senior UI/UX Designer / UI/UX Designer - Insurance (Ref: UIUXD/HL)

Our client is a leading insurance company with global footprints. Due to their team expansion, they are looking for a high calibre (Senior) UI/UX Designer to join their Hong Kong team and to enhance their user experience journey.

Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and conduct user research to understand users’ pain points
Conduct usability tests, A/B testing, competitive analysis and market research
Generate insights from user data with feasible solutions
Enhance user experience across digital platform and maintain the design standards
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to deliver design concepts
Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and different parties

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least five (5) years’ experience, preferably from insurance-related industry
Possess Strong storytelling skills with experience using Design Thinking framework
Familiar with using design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
Team player with good communication skills
