My client is an institutionally focused global digital asset platform building the next generation of market infrastructure for the digital asset industry. They are building systems that sit at the intersection of blockchain technology and traditional financial infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on robustness, auditability, and long-term scalability.

The Role:

This is a senior, high-ownership engineering role within the Custody Engineering team, responsible for building and securing the core systems that safeguard digital assets across their full lifecycle — from issuance and custody to settlement and on-chain verification.
What You’ll Do
• Build next-generation digital asset custody and tokenization systems
• Own the full digital asset lifecycle, including issuance, custody, settlement, and verification
• Build auditable, policy-driven systems that meet strict regulatory and institutional standards
What They’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in C++, open to candidates without financial experience
• Strong interest in crypto technology
• Able to work independently with strong ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
