Our client is a growth stage financial services business with a strong track record. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
• As a team leader, review and validate inward and outward transactions on a daily basis, dealing with multiple currencies’ funds streams
• Be an escalation point for high-risk transactions, manage atypical transactions, trouble shoot
• Work with different banks and payment platforms
• Take part in system implementation / development projects
To be eligible for this position, you will require:
• 5+ years of experience gained from Payments industry
• Strong knowledge of the payment flow and the end-to-end operations cycle
• Ability to face the business and deal with senior stakeholders internally
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
