AWS Cloud Tech Lead / Project Manager | Hong Kong, HK | Hybrid

I am looking for 3 Project Manager / Tech Lead with the expertise within AWS Cloud Migration. As a Tech Lead / Project Manager, you will work closely with both IT and Business Users in driving the design and architecture as well as the implementation of AWS Cloud Programme. This is a new initiatives for all systems and application migration to AWS Cloud in this company.

Our client is a leading Insurance company with excellent culture and stability. This team has been growing and is currently looking for a Contract PM / Tech Lead who potentially will be converted into Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage AWS cloud projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Tech Lead in AWS cloud Migration projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and architectures.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills - Cantonese and English are a MUST
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
