Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain new/current core risk management system features
• Write high-quality code and tests, perform code reviews
• Collaborate closely with other members of the product team and QA to deliver quality software to the end users
• Participate in requirement discussion with asset management team, risk team, and other teams
• Participate in technical scheme discussion to ensure the stability, availability, and security of the system under high concurrent access
• Participate in the research and development of AI agents

Requirements
• Backend development experience in commercial projects 2+ years
• Hands‑on HTTP/WebServices/REST API knowledge
• Network‑related programming experience
• Multi‑threaded programming experience
• Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, good team communication, and cooperation ability

Will Be A Plus
• Hands‑on Prometheus and Grafana experience
• Experience in fintech industry
