Operation Senior Manager/Director

Our client is a sizable Asset Manager.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for developing and executing the fund's investment strategy, risk control and operational plan.

-Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the company's operation and management specifications, guiding the establishment and improvement of various operation and management systems, standards and processes.

-Responsible for monitoring and managing the investment projects, handling unexpected problems that may arise in the investment projects in a timely manner and solving them appropriately.

-Responsible for providing investment side support and continuous development of investment system platform.

-Responsible for the preparation and submission of statement reports from domestic and overseas regulatory bodies regarding the direction of investment operations;

-other work temporarily accounted for.

Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Economics, Finance, Mathematics and other related majors.

-More than 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with working experience in large financial institutions

-Independent problem solving ability, teamwork spirit and fast learning ability are preferred.

-Proficient in using office software such as Excel, PPT and Word.

-Strong Chinese report writing skills.

-Proficient in written Chinese and English, Putonghua, Cantonese and spoken English.
