Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to the Policy and Secretariat Services department of the Listing Division.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Listing Committee and/or the Listing Review Committee, including:
• Manage calendars, schedule hearings/meetings, prepare minutes
• Handle correspondence, including calls, emails, and internal communications
• Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain filing systems and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and contact lists
• Provide support for a range of listing policy projects and initiatives, including undertaking data analyses, drafting internal / external papers and preparing presentation materials
Qualifications
• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, statistics or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
• Paralegal background would be an advantage
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Willingness to learn and develop and to take on new responsibilities
• High standards of integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discretely and professionally
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Location: HKEX - Exchange Square
Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR)
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
